Documentation, Demolition (including asbestos removal), replacement of roofing, installation of new windows and louvres, reconfiguration of drainage/plumbing, waterproofing , tiling of walls and floors, installation of new compact laminate vanity benches and toilet/shower cubicles, new sanitary fixtures and accessible bathroom to comply with AS1428.1
