OUR STORY
API COMMERCIAL is a commercial construction company committed to improving the education experience across New South Wales and Victoria, through our EduSpaces program. The EduSpaces team is dedicated to upgrading outdated education facilities into vibrant, hygienic and practical environments that inspire students and staff.
API Commercial has been designing, constructing and renovating educational spaces for 15 years with a further 35 years’ experience in the construction industry. Our wealth of industry experience enables us to manage a seamless project from initial consultation to completion.
API Commercial has partnered with countless education providers throughout our years in the industry and we are well accustomed to the requirements for noise, schedule disruption and safety that exist when working in an environment alongside students and staff. Child protection is of utmost importance to us and both API staff and all subcontractors are fully qualified to work in all school environments.
